Methoxy propanol is a natural solvent used in many different ways, both in the industry and for commercial uses. Like other glycol ethers, Methoxy Propanol can be used as a printing or writing ink, for coating and paints and as a carrier and solvent. Moreover, it is also used as a paint stripper, both in industrial and for commercial use. The solvent can also be referred to as Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether, 1-methoxy-2-propanol and PGME.
